Reporting Consultant (43008)

As a Reporting Consultant, you will take ownership of process design, governance frameworks, and documentation for a new regulatory reporting landscape. You will prepare user guides, operational procedures, incident and change management documentation, while ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in banking transformation programs, regulatory reporting processes, and strong stakeholder communication skills.

🚀 Project
- designing and documenting End-to-End processes for the future operating model of regulatory reporting
- defining roles, responsibilities, and control mechanisms
- creating auditable and regulatory-compliant process documentation
- preparing user manuals and operational guides for the new reporting solution
- documenting operational, support, incident management, and change management processes
- developing training materials, onboarding documentation, and FAQs
- supporting the implementation of new processes and driving their adoption across the organization
- building and maintaining a sustainable knowledge base and documentation framework
- collaborating with business, IT, and management stakeholders throughout the transformation program
