Product Analyst (43398)

I'm looking for a Senior Product Analyst. You'll become the primary point of contact between business users and the Chromatography QMS team, helping translate laboratory processes into technical requirements while supporting migration, validation, testing, and platform integration. Strong knowledge of GxP, laboratory workflows, stakeholder management, and user documentation is essential. 🚀 Project
- acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Chromatography QMS team
- gathering and analyzing business requirements for CDS migration, laboratory workflows, user roles, and data transfer processes
- defining GxP system workflows, supporting SOP development, and documenting GxP and non-GxP processes
- coordinating stakeholder communication, governance activities, and onboarding planning for CDS users
- leading analysis and planning for CDS integration with a central data platform in collaboration with data engineering teams
- documenting integration requirements, validation considerations, and configuration decisions for the CDS platform
- assessing vendor releases, performing impact analysis, and recommending configuration and adoption improvements
- developing and executing regression test scenarios to validate system changes
- providing first-line support, analyzing recurring issues, and contributing to user training and knowledge materials
- maintaining Digital SDLC documentation and ensuring compliance with GxP requirements

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years supporting instrument software platforms, 3+ years chromatography-specific — direct experience with a major enterprise CDS platform preferred
- strong understanding of lab workflows and scientific data management in pharma R&D
- experience with GxP/regulatory considerations (controlled access, audit trails, validated processes)
- proven experience running onboarding intake sessions and requirements elicitation
- experience developing UAT test cases and supporting testers
- hands-on integration project experience (requirements gathering, data mapping, stakeholder coordination)
- excellent written/verbal communication
- strong organizational skills; experience managing support channels across a large user base
- proven success producing user documentation and training materials
