MuleSoft Technical Lead (43324)

I’m looking for a MuleSoft Technical Lead who can combine strong development skills with technical leadership. You’ll build production-ready integrations and DataWeave transformations, design reusable testing and contract-testing solutions, and drive CI/CD automation. You’ll also translate functional requirements into technical designs, make key decisions around integration patterns and error handling, and guide developers on implementation and code quality.

- building production-ready MuleSoft integrations and DataWeave transformations
- designing and maintaining reusable testing, mocking, and contract-testing tooling
- building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automating repetitive engineering tasks
- guiding developers on implementation approaches, code quality, and technical standards
- translating agreed Functional Designs into solid, executable Technical Designs
- making key implementation decisions on integration patterns, error handling, and API-led connectivity structure
- ensuring solutions are practical to build, test, maintain, and operate
- participating in cross-functional workshops with client stakeholders and Product Owners
- explaining technical trade-offs and implementation decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- translating workshop outcomes and decisions into concrete technical designs and implementation plans

🎯 Skills
- recent, hands-on experience with MuleSoft and DataWeave, with the ability to develop production code independently
- strong experience with test automation, mocking, and contract testing in integration projects
- solid knowledge of CI/CD and scripting, with a strong focus on automation and eliminating repetitive manual work
- experience translating business and functional requirements into technical designs
- ability to lead and mentor developers while remaining hands-on and technically involved
- excellent communication skills, including the ability to actively contribute to and lead client workshops and explain technical decisions clearly to Product Owners
- fluent English
