Jira Specialist (40558)

I am looking for a Jira Specialist to design and configure Jira workflows for complex business deals. You will be responsible for migrating existing processes and data from Smartsheet to Jira. Your expertise in Jira Cloud and automation rules is crucial for this role. You will also ensure a user-friendly and scalable user experience for the new platform. 🚀 Project
- design, build, and implement the DSO v2.x platform
- design and configure Jira workflows for complex business deals
- implement subtasks, automations, and conditional routing
- ensure a user-friendly and scalable user experience
- migrate existing processes and data from Smartsheet to Jira
- connect Jira with Salesforce, Snowflake, Slack, and email
- integrate Jira data into Tableau dashboards for reporting
- provide training and documentation
- ensure governance, permissions, and auditability
- deliver complete documentation and facilitate a smooth handover of admin functions

🎯 Skills
- proven experience configuring Jira for complex business workflows
- strong visual and UX design skills
- expertise in Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Cloud, and automation rules
- experience integrating Jira with Salesforce and collaboration tools
- knowledge of reporting pipelines (Snowflake to Tableau)
- experience in sales operations, deal desk, or complex approval processes
- experience migrating workflows from Smartsheet to Jira
- excellent process design abilities
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- high proficiency in English
- ability to deliver in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
