ServiceNow Platform Architect (42878)

I am looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to take ownership of platform governance, technical debt reduction and long-term capability roadmap definition. You will review custom solutions across the ServiceNow ecosystem, assess Impact reports and vulnerability findings, and drive remediation activities. The role requires senior architectural experience, strong governance background and the ability to operate independently in complex enterprise environments.

🚀 Project
- review custom solutions across the ServiceNow estate and identify areas of technical debt
- assess findings from ServiceNow Impact reports and vulnerability assessments
- define a roadmap for reusable and scalable platform capabilities
- drive remediation activities and support closure of identified issues
- provide architectural governance and ensure alignment with platform best practices
- collaborate in a SAFe agile-at-scale environment including PI planning and team ceremonies

🎯 Skills
- senior hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Architect across multiple modules
- proven ability to assess and reduce technical debt in enterprise ServiceNow environments
- experience with ServiceNow Impact reports and vulnerability assessments
- strong background in platform governance and design standards
- ability to define capability roadmaps and communicate them to stakeholders
- self-steering approach with ability to operate independently without detailed task breakdown

💡 Nice to have
- CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CES certification
- familiarity with SAFe / PI planning ways of working
- experience in large multinational enterprise environments
