ServiceNow ITOM Architect (42883)

I am looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead CMDB and ITOM initiatives at enterprise scale. You will act as a domain expert, driving architecture design, governance and alignment across the platform. The role requires strong hands-on experience with CMDB architecture and ITOM modules such as Discovery and Service Mapping, as well as the ability to operate independently in a complex environment.

🚀 Project
- act as SME and design lead for all CMDB and ITOM-related initiatives
- review proposed changes and ensure architectural alignment before implementation
- provide design governance and technical guidance to delivery teams
- support implementation of approved solutions within core CMDB and ITOM platform areas
- define CI class models, reconciliation rules and data quality standards
- collaborate in a SAFe agile-at-scale environment including PI planning and team ceremonies

🎯 Skills
- deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB architecture at enterprise scale
- strong knowledge of ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- experience designing and governing CI class models and CMDB data structures
- proven ability to provide design governance and architecture reviews in complex environments
- ability to operate as a self-steering domain expert

💡 Nice to have
- CIS-ITOM certification
- experience with Health Log Analytics (HLA)
- familiarity with SAFe / PI planning ways of working
- experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
