Lead Solution Architect (43742)

I’m looking for an experienced Lead Solution Architect who can take ownership of technical architecture and drive automation initiatives across a complex enterprise environment. You’ll lead and mentor a team of Solution Architects and Automation Engineers, define the technical strategy and roadmap, and ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. I’m looking for someone with experience in large organizations, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and a proven track record in leading architectural or transformation initiatives.

- leading and mentoring a team of Solution Architects and Automation Engineers
- owning the overall technical solution and architecture
- deciding how automation solutions should be designed and implemented
- defining the technical strategy and roadmap
- translating business requirements into technical solutions
- coordinating architecture across multiple teams and workstreams
- ensuring consistent solution design and implementation across teams
- removing technical blockers and supporting teams in resolving complex architecture challenges
- identifying architectural and technical risks
- establishing standards and best practices around automation and Infrastructure as Code
- ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and properly governed
- supporting organizational adoption of new automation and platform approaches
- contributing technically when necessary, while keeping hands-on development outside the main focus of the role

🎯 Skills
- extensive experience as a Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect / Technical Lead or similar
- experience leading architects or engineering teams
- strong understanding of infrastructure and automation
- experience with Infrastructure as Code
- experience in large, complex enterprise organizations
- ability to own architectural decisions rather than just implement somebody else's design
- strong stakeholder management
- ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture
- experience defining technical strategy / roadmaps
- experience coordinating multiple technical teams or workstreams
- experience driving technical or organizational change
- excellent English communication skills
