Azure Data Engineer (44235)

Do you enjoy building data platforms hands-on rather than just drawing diagrams? An international IT services company is looking for an Azure Data Engineer in Sweden to design, build and maintain a scalable cloud data platform on Microsoft Azure. You will turn data scattered across many systems into clean, governed and reliable data ready for reporting, analytics and decision-making. We expect 5+ years of end-to-end Azure data delivery and strong Azure Databricks, Unity Catalog, Python and SQL skills.

🚀 Project
- scalable cloud-based data platform built on Microsoft Azure, likely supporting financial data processing, reporting and governance
- automated ETL/ELT pipelines extracting, cleaning and loading data from different sources
- large-scale data processing in Azure Databricks
- data governance, access management and organization in Unity Catalog
- data architecture, data models, CI/CD with Git-based workflows and DevOps best practices
- hands-on engineering role – not a pure Data Analyst or Data Architect position
- contract CP from 11/2026 until the end of 2027, hybrid with 40 % home office in Sweden
