- craft engaging conversations using cutting-edge NLP and machine learning techniques to develop innovative conversational experiences
- design smarter algorithms to optimize and enhance the quality, creativity, and variety of generated prompts
- elevate chatbot performance by analyzing and evaluating model outputs to refine and improve communication
- collaborate and innovate with the team to brainstorm, share ideas, and co-create AI-powered solutions

🎯 Skills
- experience in chatbot development using ChatGPT and preferably IBM Watson Assistant
- proficiency in generative AI for output generation
- understanding of natural language principles and human communication (University degree in linguistics is an advantage)
- familiarity with modern research trends in machine learning and NLP
- knowledge of agile development principles
- eagerness to learn, tackle new challenges, and gain experiences
- strong analytical thinking
- willingness to travel periodically for in-person collaboration with the teams in Prague and Vienna
- proficiency in English
