Business Analyst (42466)

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can cut through organisational complexity and turn ambiguous business ideas into crystal-clear, developer-ready specifications. You'll work at the intersection of business strategy and near-shore delivery — managing stakeholders, resolving conflict, and keeping execution on track. Must have for this position is native or professional-level Dutch, English at C1 level, proven experience in writing high-quality user stories and managing Agile/Scrum processes, as well as hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and a solid understanding of related sales business processes.

🚀 Project
- transform high-level business ideas into detailed, "Ready-for-Dev" user stories
- own the full requirements lifecycle — from discovery workshops to sign-off
- ensure the near-shore development team has the clarity needed to build without constant back-and-forth
- translate complex business logic into functional and non-functional requirements
- navigate a fragmented, multi-stakeholder landscape — aligning conflicting priorities and keeping progress moving
- challenge the status quo when needed and advocate for the most valuable features
- build trusted relationships with business stakeholders without losing sight of project goals
- break through organisational silos — diplomatically but decisively
- drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain a healthy, prioritised backlog
- bridge the gap between business and a near-shore development team across time zones and cultures
- contribute to architectural integrity by flagging scope creep and misaligned decisions early

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments
- native or professional-level Dutch
- English at C1 level
- proven experience writing high-quality user stories and managing Agile/Scrum processes
- hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, with a solid understanding of the corresponding sales business processes
- prior experience collaborating with distributed or near-shore development teams
- assertive, resilient, and comfortable navigating organisational politics 
- ability to travel to the client's office in Northern Netherlands 1–2 days per week (or more as needed)
- solid experience in the Energy & Utilities sector (e.g. grid management, billing systems, energy transition) 
- proficiency with Azure DevOps and process/data modelling tools

- practical experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis delivery while maintaining output quality
