Application Intake Analyst (44251)

Do you bring order to large application portfolios - who owns what, what depends on what and where it is heading? A global advisory firm is looking for an Application Intake Analyst (PMO) based in Poland for a large-scale IT separation programme. You will own application portfolio intake, keep the application inventory accurate and track delivery across migration and asset-transfer workstreams, fully remote, starting ASAP.

🚀 Project
- enterprise IT separation programme with multiple application migration and asset-transfer workstreams
- application portfolio intake and inventory management
- ownership and disposition information, dependencies and documentation
- delivery tracking and PMO support across workstreams
- contract CP from 11/2026 for one year, 100 % remote from Poland, start ASAP, occasional travel (potentially UK) if required

🎯 Skills
- strong experience in application portfolio analysis, PMO or project coordination
- managing application inventories, ownership and disposition information
- tracking dependencies, documentation and delivery
- English C1, Polish C1
- based in Poland
