Business Analyst (44326)

Do you enjoy turning business needs into clear specifications that developers, testers and designers can all rely on? The IT unit of one of the largest banking groups in Central Europe is looking for a Business Analyst for its Investments team in Bratislava. You will shape investment features of a digital banking platform on web and mobile – from requirements analysis and solution design to user stories, REST API and interface definition and support for behaviour- and test-driven development.

🚀 Project
- investment-related capabilities of a digital banking platform on web and mobile
- gathering, analysing and refining business requirements, proposing enhancements
- designing and documenting solutions, user stories and other project artefacts
- REST API and interface definition on multi-platform solutions
- supporting development, design and QA with detailed specifications, BDD and TDD
- cross-functional collaboration with business, developers, testers, designers, QA and partner teams
- contract CP until the end of 2027, Bratislava, hybrid with 40 % home office

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT or banking
- requirements analysis, solution design and documentation
- REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, Chrome DevTools and interface analysis
- modelling techniques and version control systems
- software development lifecycle and project documentation practices
- strong analytical, organisational, diplomatic and assertive communication skills
- fluent English (C1)

- experience or knowledge in investments (strongly preferred)
