Junior Business Analyst (43945)

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join an approximately 15-person Business Analyst team in a large IT environment. The role connects business and IT stakeholders, turns business needs into clear and feasible requirements, and supports solution design and documentation. Previous BA experience is not required; the key is an analytical mindset, curiosity, strong communication skills and development potential, together with English at B2 level.

🚀 Project
- work in an approximately 15-person Business Analyst team within a large IT organization
- bridge business requestors, Delivery Managers, architects, developers and IT experts
- understand and clarify business needs, problems and processes
- structure information from business and IT stakeholders and formulate business and functional requirements
- visualize processes and system connections and support solution design with architects, developers and experts
- prepare analysis documentation and support clarification of questions during implementation
- structured onboarding with BA support, shadowing and joint work during the first approximately three months
- development goal: participate in simpler analyses with support after about three months and handle simpler analyses end to end independently after about six months
