Business Analyst (44223)

Do you enjoy untangling complex processes and turning them into a clear target operating model? A major telecommunications operator in Hungary is looking for a Business Analyst – Enterprise Operating Model to analyse and optimise how it serves its large enterprise customers. You will lay the groundwork, develop concepts and specify requirements in an environment with many custom-developed legacy systems, and later support the implementation of the proposed solutions. We expect 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or management consulting, at least 2–3 of them in a large-enterprise or consulting environment, hands-on BPMN and UML and fluent Hungarian.

🚀 Project
- analysis and optimisation of processes in the large enterprise customer segment
- environment with a large number of custom-developed legacy systems and a few platform systems
- phase 1 (Q4 2026): groundwork, concept development and, in some cases, requirements specification
- phase 2 (2027): detailed development of the concepts and support for implementation
- contract CP from 11/2026 for 9–12 months, full time (6 hours a day also possible), hybrid with 40 % home office in Budapest

🎯 Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or management consulting
- at least 2–3 years in a large-enterprise or consulting environment
- BPMN process modelling and UML
- agile frameworks and project management methodologies where applicable
- experience with custom-developed and legacy systems
- Hungarian C2, English B2

💡 Nice to have
- experience in telecommunications, banking, energy or another complex infrastructure sector
- experience with delivery and business-segment separation
