Migration Engineer (44244)

Do you know how to map an enterprise application landscape before it moves – every dependency, every hosting quirk? A global advisory firm is looking for an Application Migration Engineer based in Poland for a large-scale IT separation / carve-out project. You will run application discovery and assessment and plan lift-and-shift migrations of applications and infrastructure, fully remote.

🚀 Project
- large-scale enterprise IT separation (carve-out) involving application and infrastructure migration
- application discovery and assessment across an enterprise portfolio
- mapping application dependencies and hosting environments
- migration planning, including lift-and-shift migrations
- contract CP from 11/2026 for one year, 100 % remote from Poland, occasional travel (potentially UK) if required

🎯 Skills
- strong hands-on experience in application discovery and assessment
