As a Lead Data Scientist, you’ll guide a small team while developing transformer-based models for text and image analysis. You’ll work hands-on with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases. Strong Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow skills are key, along with experience in full ML lifecycle and MLOps. 🚀 Project
- develop and train transformer-based models for text and image processing
- design and manage the full ML lifecycle including deployment and monitoring
- collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts on AI solutions
- lead a small data science team (~4 people)
- integrate the latest AI/ML techniques into practical applications

🎯 Skills
- degree in computer science, data science or related field
- strong knowledge of deep learning, neural networks and reinforcement learning
- hands-on experience with GenAI tools (RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector DBs)
- advanced Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
- cloud platform experience (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP)
- experience with full ML lifecycle and MLOps/DataOps practices
- knowledge of probabilistic graphical models (Bayesian networks, etc.)
- strong problem-solving and communication skills
- ENG C1
