Data Scientist (43560)

I am looking for a Data Scientist with strong experience in Generative AI and LLM-based solutions. You will design agentic AI workflows, work with RAG architectures, and translate complex business needs into scalable AI behavior. The role includes building production-ready solutions and collaborating closely with stakeholders.

- implementing quality assurance and testing strategies for AI-driven interactions

- collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners and technical teams

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM-based applications and RAG architectures
- proven ability to translate complex business logic into reliable agentic AI behavior
- strong software engineering background with excellent Python skills
- hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
- experience designing and executing testing strategies for AI agents and workflows
- experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions from prototype to production
- fluent English (C1) and German (C1)
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including workshop facilitation
- ownership mindset, proactive approach and strong execution focus
- team-oriented and results-driven working style
