I'm looking for a UX Designer who’ll own specific areas of the product end to end and have a real say in how the product evolves. This role goes beyond execution—you’ll help define problems, form hypotheses, and design solutions that matter. You should have 3–6 years of experience in product or UX design (web or mobile), a strong portfolio with end-to-end case studies, and excellent communication skills. Advanced English is required; Czech is a bonus. Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, mobile applications, or AI products such as personalization and recommendation engines is a strong advantage.

- end-to-end ownership
- ownership of specific parts of the product and real influence on the roadmap
