DevOps Engineer (40056)

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll design, implement, and operate modern analytical applications that empower stakeholders. With your expertise in Python, SQL, cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, Databricks), and CI/CD tools, you’ll drive innovation and ensure smooth operations. You’ll work hand-in-hand with internal teams, uncover optimization opportunities, and support automation. Experience in PowerBI or Streamlit? Even better. - development and operation of analytical applications on a modern datastack
- ensuring new development methods and optimization of existing processes
- collaborating with internal partners to ensure smooth operations
- supporting the implementation and management of database solutions and CI/CD processes
- performing analyses and deriving optimization potentials for the technologies used
- close cooperation with 2nd level support to ensure operation (especially in period-end closing) and further development

🎯 Skills
- several years of solid experience in the development and operation of data products in an Enterprise Analytics Platform solution
- strong background in cloud data warehousing (e.g. Snowflake, Azure, Databricks etc. )
- strong skills in Python and SQL
- experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Bitbucket and Azure DevOps
- experience with data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Streamlit etc.)
- high service orientation and ability to solve problems quickly
- strong analytical thinking and the ability to process and interpret complex data sets
- active, open and focused communication behavior

💡 Nice to have
- skills in Jinja/dbt, DAX and TOM/TDML
- basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud
- knowledge of the financial environment
- good knowledge of agile collaboration (Scrum, SAFe)
- knowledge of Confluence and Jira
