DevOps Engineer (42495)

DevOps Engineer will guide enterprise customers through onboarding, training, and early adoption of the AI platform. Your responsibility includes understanding customer requirements, supporting solution design, executing Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and ensuring smooth integration of customer workloads (LLMs, GPU compute, AI pipelines). The role requires 5+ years of experience with cloud systems, strong knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, automation tools and scripting languages such as Python or Go. Experience with VMware, Linux and monitoring tools is essential.

🚀 Project
- consult customers on all technical aspects related to GPU infrastructure, AI/ML model training, and platform usage
- lead onboarding and training, mentoring customer specialists on optimal usage of their GPU clusters and AI environments
- design and implement PoCs, including environment setup, data processing pipelines, and deployment workflows
- conduct requirement engineering, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- assist customers with performance optimization, troubleshooting, fine‑tuning, and validation of delivered solutions
- act as the key technical point of contact, coordinating cross‑functional teams across infrastructure, networking, automation, security, and AI services
- propose and develop automation concepts to improve services, processes, and operating models
- ensure best practices in reliability, scalability, responsible AI, and security are applied across the customer lifecycle
- support monitoring, observability, and capacity planning for AI workloads and GPU utilization

🎯 Skills
- master’s degree in Information technologies
- 5+ years of experience in design and delivery of systems based on IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
- 3+ years of experience in building CI/CD pipelines and serverless architectures
- knowledge of AI Factory Cloud platform software stack and dependencies
- knowledge of NVIDIA GPU-Accelerated server platforms
- knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Transformation and Data Migration tools
- solid knowledge of Kubernetes or similar container-based technologies
- expert knowledge of VMware environments including VMware Tanzu Kubernetes
- expert knowledge of scripting languages such as Go, Python or Bash
- expert knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, Terraform and Helm
- expert knowledge of CI/CD in Kubernetes environments and repository management
- expert knowledge of Git and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD
- experience with Linux OS
- experience with Software Defined Networking
- experience with monitoring and visualization tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
- English at C1 level
