As a Tech Lead, you will guide a cross-functional development team, define technical direction, and ensure high-quality software delivery. You will remain hands-on in fullstack development using React and .NET, while also shaping architecture and DevOps practices in Azure environments. The role includes code reviews, incident management, and driving modernization of legacy systems. Strong leadership experience and a solid background in CI/CD and infrastructure are essential.
🚀 Project
- lead development and QA team, providing technical direction and ownership of software delivery
- fullstack development across frontend and backend (React.js, .NET)
- contribution to application architecture and infrastructure design
- enforcement of development best practices, coding standards and code review processes
- design and management of CI/CD pipelines, build automation and release management
- support of live production incidents including triage, root cause analysis and resolution
- involvement in application modernization initiatives and legacy system migration
- collaboration on cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies (Azure, IaaS, VM-based environments)
🎯 Skills
- 10+ years of fullstack software development experience
- proven experience in technical lead or senior developer role with team leadership responsibilities
- strong experience with React.js (component architecture, state management, modern patterns)
- strong experience with .NET (C#, REST API development, service-layer design, SQL Server)
- experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and VM-based deployments
- experience with CI/CD pipeline design, build automation and release management
- experience with application modernization (legacy migration, re-platforming, .NET upgrades)
- ability to provide technical leadership and code oversight in complex environments
💡 Nice to have
- experience in distributed and cross-functional teams
- knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- familiarity with microservices architecture
- Czech language proficiency is preferred
