🚀 Project
- supporting recruitment efforts in other countries across the region
- collaborating closely with hiring managers across the region
- delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- building strong partnerships with HR Centers of Excellence and other internal stakeholders
- managing and lead 18–25 active requisitions simultaneously
- ensuring alignment with company goals in diversity, equity, and inclusion during the hiring process
- using data and insights to support continuous improvement in recruitment practices

🎯 Skills
- minimum of two years experience in an end-to-end Talent Acquisition role in an international environment
- fluency in Polish and English
- strong interviewing skills, combined with ability to identify and engage active and passive candidates
