Delivery Manager (33522)

I am looking for a Delivery Manager. As an expert in ITDR, you'll be tasked with validating data stemming from Business Impact Analysis (BIA), executing the global ITDR roadmap, and promoting adherence to ITDR and Data Backup & Restore policies. You will leverage your strong customer focus and technical capabilities to drive improvements by diving deep into data, systems, and processes, thus benchmarking industry best practices. A certification from IT Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII) or equivalent is necessary. Superior attention to detail, a practical approach to ITDR and risk management, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Experience with BCM software and cyber security will be considered a bonus. 

🚀 Project
- support the Organization in delivering the ITDR Program
- review the outcomes of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) completed in BC Program and work with key stakeholders to validate information
- support the delivery of the Global IT Disaster Recovery Roadmap
- contribute to on-going review and improvement of the ITDR Program
- ensure stakeholder alignment to ITDR Policy and Data Backup & Restore Policy
- benchmark industry best practices and drive continuous improvement for the ITDR Program, deep-diving into data, processes, systems, and challenges
- building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships integral to the ongoing success of the ITDR capability

🎯 Skills
-  strong customer focus, high degree of technical capability, flexibility and independence
- 5-8 years of experience working in ITDR programs and successful execution in complex, decentralized environments
- business continuity experience
- IT Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII) or other DR professional certification
- strong attention to detail
- practical approach to ITDR and Risk Management
- Microsoft Office, Google suite
- strong understanding of Data Backup & Restore requirements / capabilities
