Power BI Specialist (40418)

I'm looking for a Power BI Specialist to support Global Operations teams with impactful, high-quality dashboards and reports. You'll work with supply chain, procurement, and quality data to deliver KPIs that support critical decisions. Your expertise in DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization will be essential. 🚀 Project
- develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for global operations areas like supply chain, quality, procurement
- write accurate DAX measures and calculations to ensure reliable KPIs
- design and optimize data models based on operational requirements
- validate data and perform report testing before release
- apply consistent visualization standards to ensure usability and clarity
- follow governance guidelines including naming conventions and documentation
- work independently while aligning with team strategy and global standards
- collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure value-driven reporting
- partner with IT and data teams to ensure stable, correct data source usage

🎯 Skills
- strong experience with Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- solid understanding of operational data (e.g., supply chain, inventory, procurement, quality)
- ability to optimize report performance and manage large datasets
- proven independence in task execution and meeting deadlines
- ability to design visually clear, technically sound dashboards
- excellent communication skills, capable of translating between business and technical needs
