Node.js Developer (39702)

Join the team as a Node.js Developer and help design scalable, secure distributed systems using NestJS, MongoDB, and Azure. You'll build production-ready APIs (REST & GraphQL), drive performance, and leverage GenAI tools across the SDLC. I'm looking for a seasoned back-end engineer (7+ years) with deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and modern CI/CD workflows. - designing and implementing distributed back-end services using Node.js, NestJS, and MongoDB within a microservices architecture
- delivering secure, production-ready APIs (REST and GraphQL) that meet SLAs for performance and availability
- leveraging Azure platform services including Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, and Functions to build resilient systems
- participating in planning and refinement sessions to understand the 'why' behind the requirements and shape the 'how'
- applying GenAI tools effectively across the SDLC for documentation, testing, code generation, and analysis
- writing automated tests and ensuring strong test coverage using modern testing libraries and frameworks
- ensuring proper instrumentation and monitoring is in place via tools like DataDog, and leading post
- eployment support readiness
- collaborating closely with front-end engineers, product owners, and QA to ensure end-to-end quality and alignment
- contributing to pull requests and design reviews and mentoring less experienced engineers by modeling best practices

🎯 Skills
- 7+ years of back-end development experience
- expert in building distributed systems using microservices and event-driven architectures
- experienced with Next.js and back-end integration patterns (API routes, server-side logic)
- strong knowledge of MongoDB including schema design, indexing, and performance optimization
- deep familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL, including security and query performance tuning
- hands-on experience with Azure services, especially Azure Service Bus and Event Hub
- skilled in using GenAI tools across SDLC workflows (code assist, documentation, analysis)
- strong understanding of non-functional requirements such as performance, reliability, and observability
- proficient with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, and Trunk-Based Development in a monorepo setup (e.g., Nx)
- proven ability to contribute in agile ceremonies and technical discussions within scaled environments
