🚀 Project
- support clients through an infrastructure migration process by conducting one-on-one consultations
- maintain regular communication with clients via email and phone to ensure preparedness and alignment
- manage documentation by preparing, verifying, and collecting required forms and records
- monitor client progress using tracking tools and report updates in internal project meetings
- work closely with internal stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary
- report directly to the Project Lead
🎯 Skills
- university degree (or in progress), ideally in business administration, economics, or finance
- experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry
- ability to manage multiple client relationships independently
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities in a multicultural environment
- fluent English (spoken and written)
💡 Nice to have
- experience in clearing, settlement, or collateral management
- proficiency in SAP CRM, Microsoft database tools, and Outlook
- additional language skills
- ability to remain calm and flexible in fast-changing or challenging situations
