Join this project as an IT Service Manager. I'm seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the IT Cloud Services. You'll lead contract creation, collaborate with our data engineering and DevOps teams, and manage costs. Bring your 5+ years of IT experience, knowledge of agile methodologies, and expertise in Cloud and Solution Architecture to our financial services environment. ITIL certification and vendor management skills are necessary to thrive in this role. They will also appreciate excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a team player attitude. 🚀 Project
- oversee efficient operation of IT Cloud Services and minimize change impacts
- manage international teams of Data Engineers, DevOps, and support providers
- lead contract creation/adaptation (SLAs, OLAs) and collaborate with internal departments
- coordinate OLAs, optimize infrastructure, and manage costs
- ensure operational quality during deployments and resolve critical issues
- support cross-functional topics, including budget management and security

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years of IT department experience, preferably in financial services
- 3+ years of IT Service Management experience (ITIL certification)
- experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
- experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- expertise in Cloud (AWS, Azure) and Solution Architecture
- understanding of banking products and business processes or willingness to learn
- excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- team player with service orientation, commitment, and motivation
- effective problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex, high-impact incidents
- ENG C1
