Join the team as an HR Project Manager leading PMO processes within HR transformation projects in the pharmaceutical sector. You will ensure compliance with GATE methodology, oversee risk and change management, and drive documentation standardization. Your role includes facilitating team onboarding, coordinating global workshops, producing progress reports, and supporting country-level roll-outs. 🚀 Project
- overseeing PMO processes in line with documented project governance and methodology (GATE), including tollgate management, risk management, change request process, communication and reporting
- identifying trends in questions received by the project team and proposing improvements to project management processes, including local execution
- managing and standardizing documentation, ensuring all project documents are up to date and tools & standards are used and organized effectively
- facilitating onboarding and offboarding activities for project team members
- coordinating global and local project workshops
- preparing and distributing global progress reports on time
- coordinating global and regional meetings and ensuring timely release of meeting minutes
- monitoring critical activities across countries to maintain a global overview of project progress
- providing ad-hoc or recurring support with project management tasks as required
- leading country-level implementation projects if applicable

🎯 Skills
- 5 years of HR projects experience within PMO
- Pharma experience
