System Owner (40013)

I'm looking for a System Owner to take charge of a key banking application (PM1). You’ll manage its operations, lead the post-cutover phase, and drive the system’s decommissioning. Ideal for someone with a strong IT background, project management skills, and hands-on PM1 experience. Fluency in English and German is required. 🚀 Project
- managing the operation of the application including incident handling, release coordination, and ensuring operational stability
- ramping up and configuring the PM1 client
- collaborating with the team to prepare the operational phase after cutover
- completing ITSO-related tasks for PM1 with support from the ITSO team in Poland
- performing TPEM-related activities with the Expersoft vendor
- participating in the cutover weekend to support the current PM1 team
- executing post-cutover IT tasks such as data exports and reporting
- starting the design phase for the decommissioning of PM1
- independently managing the archiving and decommissioning project in multiple phases
- ensuring GDPR compliance and proper data archiving scope
- following internal project management frameworks and related internal processes

🎯 Skills
- medium seniority level (Senior Consultant or Manager)
- fluent in English and German
- IT engineering background, capable of some development (SQL, scripting)
- understanding of IT system ownership and related controls (patch management, vulnerability management, change management, IT asset inventory management)
- knowledge of the banking sector, ideally in securities or private banking/wealth management
- experience or previous exposure to PM1 (participation in projects, development, data extraction for integration, data structure analysis)
- good understanding of project management
- strong structuring and analytical skills
- high level of independence and strong sense of responsibility
- excellent communication skills
- familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, Open Workbench, and other project management tools
- strong hands-on experience with PM1 (PM1 Expert)
- experience with data archiving and system decommissioning projects
