Join a dynamic team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will take the lead in business analysis planning, design new business processes, and align multiple project streams. I value your expertise in both agile and waterfall methodologies, and your ability to manage change in demanding environments. A strong command of international workshop facilitation is essential. 🚀 Project
- creating business/information architecture models (preferably in the intelligence/security domain)
- participating in organisational business transformations, including optimisation and design of new business processes and competencies
- organising and managing business analysis activities and applying relevant concepts
- working with both waterfall and agile methodologies, including their integration
- coordinating initiatives within complex projects and across multiple projects
- applying change management practices
- organise, participate in, and present at workshops in an international setting

🎯 Skills
- experience in project management and change management
- familiarity with organisational business transformations, involving optimalisation and design of new business processes and competencies
- familiarity with organising business analysis activities and their concepts
- skilled in waterfall and agile methodologies and their combination
- experience with coordinating initiatives within complex projects and between projects
- experience in applying change management
- experience organizing, participating, and presenting at workshops in an international setting
- at least 10 years of proven experience working as project or programme manager
- one of the following certificates: MSP, PM2, PMI or equivalent (e.g. PRINCE2, IPMA, PgMP, MoP, AgilePM, ScumMaster, SAFe Agilist etc.) or Change management certificate or equivalent
- Bachelor and equivalent experience or Master’s Degree (MBA/MSc)
