- ship user-facing features end-to-end from design through deployment and monitoring
- optimize Next.js performance with multi-layer caching and response improvements
- engage with customers to translate needs into technical solutions
- build real-time data experiences using WebSockets and SSE for sandbox logs and metrics
- make architectural decisions around observability, testing, and security
- take ownership of projects from 0 to 1, including product and technical decisions

- 5+ years shipping production web applications
- deep expertise in React and TypeScript
- advanced expertise in Next.js app router and performance optimization
- strong front-end decision-making with focus on polish, speed, and developer experience
- back-end competence with Supabase/PostgreSQL, API design, authentication/authorization, server-side optimization
- ownership mentality, from conception to launch and iteration
- experience communicating with customers and explaining technical trade-offs
- fluent English (written and spoken)
- self-driven, comfortable in fast-moving, loosely structured environments
