Salesforce Business Analyst (40666)

I am seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to act as the platform owner for Salesforce and MuleSoft. You will ensure platform availability, performance, and alignment with business needs. Responsibilities include vendor and contract management, licensing, compliance, and coordinating governance and roadmap alignment. You will collaborate closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to prioritize requirements and enhancements. - acting as platform owner for Salesforce and MuleSoft, ensuring platform availability, performance, and alignment with business needs
- overseeing vendor and contract management, licensing, and compliance
- coordinating governance activities and roadmap alignment across teams
- collaborating closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to prioritize requirements and platform enhancements
- managing budget control, cost transparency, and reporting on KPIs, adoption, and compliance

🎯 Skills
- strong functional knowledge of Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms at platform ownership level
- proven experience in platform ownership, vendor, and contract management
- solid understanding of integration landscapes and how Salesforce and MuleSoft support business processes
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across IT, procurement, and business teams
- strong organizational and analytical skills for managing contracts, budgets, and reporting
- exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with regard to compliance
- fluent English, both spoken and written

💡 Nice to have
- hands-on experience with Salesforce administration or MuleSoft integration flows
- experience in license optimization and cost control
- familiarity with procurement processes and vendor negotiations
- knowledge of platform governance frameworks including data security and access management
