Salesforce Architect (43229)

Join a nearshore delivery team as a Salesforce Architect and take ownership of the technical direction for Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In this part-time role, You will define architecture, review technical solutions, identify risks, establish governance standards, and align technical decisions with business requirements. We are looking for proven experience with complex Salesforce implementations, deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, governor limits and integration patterns, experience in nearshore or distributed environments, Salesforce CSA certification, and strong English communication skills.

🚀 Project
- provide architectural oversight and technical direction for a nearshore delivery team
- define and own the overall Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- review and validate technical designs, configurations and customisations delivered by the team
- provide architectural guidance and technical decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle
- identify risks, dependencies and technical debt, and propose mitigation strategies
- collaborate with client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements
- establish and enforce development standards, patterns and governance frameworks
- support the team in resolving complex technical challenges and escalations

🎯 Skills
- proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect on complex Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
- deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, governor limits and integration patterns
- experience working in nearshore or distributed delivery models
- Salesforce CSA certification
- English at C1 level
