About the role
- solution design, configuration
- training the trainer (Super-user)
- the SAP super user creates a link between end users and the implementation team
- strong communication skills as they need to be able to convey the business requirements to the implementation partner
- act as representatives of their departments and are also the first line of support for end users
- working Data conversion with Super User
- working UAT with Super User and end user
- working the Go Live and initial period with Super and End users
- customer facing activities, requirement gathering and user training capabilities
Your ideal profile
- strong functional expertise on CRM Service Transactions and CRM Service process knowledge
- install base data – serialised device sales leading to SAP ECC equipment and replication to CRM install base
- contracts – billing of the rental services
- operation transactions, auto-renewing the contracts as they come up to expiry
- complaint / repair orders for supplying the rental devices, receiving & repairing returned devices
- as well as the normal consultant task of requirements, spec, unit testing we’ll also need them to help with End User training and Go Live Cutover tasks as well
- should be aware of standard service and repair scenarios
- past implementation experience, ideally not only in production support
