SAP EHS Consultant (40991)

I’m looking for an SAP EHS Consultant ready to take on global transformation projects within the S/4HANA ecosystem. You’ll turn complex EHS requirements into functional, scalable SAP solutions — covering health, safety, risk, and compliance. You’ll collaborate across geographies, drive testing and deployment, and ensure EHS processes connect seamlessly with MM, PM, and QM. 🚀 Project
- leading or supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) solutions within the S/4HANA landscape
- analyzing business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- collaborating with global teams to deliver end-to-end EHS processes covering incident management, risk assessment, compliance, and occupational health
- conducting system testing, validation, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT)
- providing expert guidance to ensure EHS processes are integrated with other SAP modules (MM, PM, QM, etc.)
- participating in blueprinting, solution design workshops, and fit-gap analysis
- supporting deployment activities, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvement
- communicating with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery leads across geographies

🎯 Skills
- proven experience as an SAP EHS Consultant, ideally on S/4HANA projects
- strong understanding of EHS processes including Health & Safety, Risk Management, Incident Management, and Compliance
- hands-on experience in SAP EHS configuration and integration with related modules
- familiarity with data migration, testing, and cutover processes in SAP projects
- excellent communication and documentation skills in English
- ability to work independently within a distributed, multinational delivery environment

💡 Nice to have
- experience working in the energy, oil & gas, or utilities sectors
- prior exposure to large-scale ERP transformations with complex global rollouts
- understanding of SAP Activate methodology and agile project delivery
- knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to health, safety, and environmental management
