SmartRecruiters Consultant (44042)

We are looking for a senior SmartRecruiters Consultant to review and stabilise an existing recruitment-platform implementation in a complex HR environment.

🚀 Project
- review the current SmartRecruiters implementation and assess configuration, processes and integrations
- identify gaps, risks and priorities in an existing recruitment-platform environment
- recommend and implement practical stabilisation measures together with HR and technical stakeholders
- configure SmartRecruiters, improve processes and resolve issues in the existing setup
- support integration topics across the wider HR and SAP ecosystem
- document findings, decisions and improvements and communicate progress transparently
- work independently in a fast-moving project and become available within the required timeframe

🎯 Skills
- three to five years of hands-on SmartRecruiters experience in implementation, configuration or consulting
- ability to perform a review or audit of an existing SmartRecruiters implementation and address quality issues
- experience with implementation or transformation projects in the HR domain
- German at a level suitable for direct client communication
- senior, self-sufficient working style and confidence in a complex project environment
- availability to start quickly and commit for approximately two to three months

💡 Nice to have
- SAP SuccessFactors background
- SmartRecruiters integration experience within a broader HR or SAP ecosystem
- project recovery or troubleshooting experience in enterprise environments
