About the role
- coach and mentor team members
- assist Product Owners and Project Managers
- ensure cross-team coordination happens and remove impediments when necessary
- facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- guide the team towards improving and manage them
- support our product owners
- laise between architects, developers, testers, and UX designers

Your ideal profile
- experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile, technical environment
- English B2 and above
- communicative
- assertive
- ledaing skills 
- konwledge of time management
- self-organized

- ability to bring transparency to team development

- act as a champion of Agile methodologies for the team and within the organization
