Technical Scrum Master (44386)
Can you run Scrum and keep critical payment systems stable at the same time? A major banking group in Sweden is looking for a Technical Scrum Master who combines Agile team coordination with IT Service Management for its payments area. You will facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, coordinate development and maintenance, lead incident and change management and keep production stable and available. Proven experience as a Technical Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager, hands-on IT Service Management and a background in banking, financial services or insurance are required.
🚀 Project
- development, maintenance and operational stability of banking payment systems
- coordinating daily development and maintenance activities
- facilitating Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- removing blockers and managing dependencies between teams
- supporting Agile, Scrum and SAFe methodologies
- coordinating IT service operations and application maintenance
- leading incident management and coordinating change management
- ensuring production stability, service availability and operational reliability
- monitoring SLAs, OLAs and service KPIs
- ensuring compliance with banking incident and change management procedures
🎯 Skills
- proven experience as a Technical Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager or similar role
- hands-on experience with IT Service Management / Service Delivery
- previous experience in banking, financial services or insurance
- strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and SAFe
- incident management including production incident coordination
- change management and IT operational processes
- good technical understanding of IT applications, systems and production environments
- SLA / OLA management and service availability
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- English C1
