🚀 Project
- creating, maintaining, and continuously improving test strategies, test concepts, and overall testing approach
- coordinating testing activities across multiple project streams and ensuring alignment of test execution
- planning, preparing, and supporting all test phases, including entry/exit criteria and test readiness
- managing defect lifecycle, tracking issue resolution, and coordinating with development and business teams
- monitoring test progress, preparing test reports, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders
- supporting quality assurance activities to ensure successful project delivery and high software quality

🎯 Skills
- proven experience managing testing for complex IT projects and business transformation initiatives
- hands-on experience with System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Migration Testing, and Cutover Testing
- experience defining Test Strategy, Test Concept, Test Plan, Entry/Exit Criteria, and Test Reporting
- strong experience with Defect Management, including bug triage and defect prioritization
- experience delivering complex IT and business transformation projects in multi-stream environments
- strong cross-functional coordination skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
- hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
- strong stakeholder management, risk management, dependency management, and escalation management skills
- experience communicating effectively with senior management and project stakeholders
- very good command of English (spoken and written)

💡 Nice to have
- experience with Asset Management and Portfolio Management within the financial services industry
- knowledge of Fund Administration processes
- hands-on experience with financial platforms such as SimCorp, Aladdin, or SAMOA
- experience with data migration and FundsXML
- knowledge of ESG and SFDR regulations
- experience with transformation initiatives such as TSA Exit, Carve-out, Post-Merger Integration, or core system replacement projects
- familiarity with Austrian, Polish, or EU financial regulations
- German or Polish language skills are an advantage
