QA Engineer (39508)

You’ll be responsible for testing new features, performing regression testing, and ensuring product quality through close collaboration with developers and product managers. Your role will include defining the QA approach, running weekly release testing, and conducting system integration tests. 🚀 Project
- working as part of an agile scrum team, ensuring products meet high standards of security, reliability, and user-friendliness
- testing new features as they are developed, collaborating with software engineers, designers, and product managers to identify, log, and prioritize bugs
- performing regression testing for each release and maintaining the regression test suite
- running system integration tests (SIT) for initiatives and following up on bugs and issues
- defining the QA approach and strategy to ensure quality delivery
- performing weekly release testing
- acting as the gatekeeper for quality by supporting teams with tools and best practices
- collaborating with developers to scope testing and ensuring quality is prioritized in development
- maintaining and updating existing and new test scripts for manual or automated testing
- conducting testing for QA approval within the required timeframe
- running SIT for every project in your portfolio and following up on known issues
- identifying and adding test cases to the regression cycle to maintain project stability
- embedding QA processes into product team deliveries, including internal and external dependencies
- identifying areas for optimization and participating in team retrospectives
- striving to create the best agile environment within the ASICS landscape
🎯 Skills
- minimum 2 years’ experience as a QA engineer
- experience or familiarity with agile processes and ways of working (Scrum/Kanban/DevOps)
- experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- experience in documentation and project management systems (Jira, Confluence, Miro)
- proficiency in programming in at least one language (Python, Java, JavaScript...)
- customer (internal and external) focused approach
