I'm seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer who thrives in complex technical environments. You’ll take charge of escalated incidents involving Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows systems, Active Directory, and network infrastructure—ensuring quick, accurate resolutions. Close collaboration with L1 support and the global L3 team will keep IT landscape stable. Strong German communication skills are a must. 🚀 Project
- provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365, Intune, and end-user environments
- troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 support
- collaborate closely with L1 support and the global L3 team to ensure timely resolution of incidents
- monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
- communicate effectively with end-users in fluent German (C1–C2) and provide excellent customer support

🎯 Skills
- fluent German C1/C2 
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support / SysAdmin
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune
- advanced Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Active Directory & Azure AD
- network protocols: VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- ability to work 4 days on-site
- independent resolution of L2 incidents
- excellent communication skills (especially in German)

💡 Nice to have
- macOS support
- SCCM, Autopilot
- certifications: Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+/Network+/A+
- experience with user onboarding
- security tools: Microsoft Defender / DLP
