EPM Advisor (44087)

For an advisory team supporting a large infrastructure company in Poland, we are looking for an EPM Advisor to help select and implement a new EPM platform for monitoring projects, tasks, costs and material/resource consumption. The role is purely advisory – defining requirements, evaluating solutions in a vendor-neutral way and overseeing the implementation delivered by the selected software vendor. Senior experience with at least two EPM / PPM platformsis required, ideally Oracle Primavera and/or Microsoft Project Server / Project Online.

🚀 Project
- selection and implementation of an Enterprise Project Management platform for a large infrastructure company
- defining business and technical requirements together with the end client
- evaluating available EPM solutions and supporting the vendor / solution selection process
- ensuring an objective and vendor-independent assessment in a public procurement environment
- supervising the implementation performed by the selected software vendor
- reviewing project documentation and deliverables and verifying they meet agreed requirements
- supporting testing strategy and implementation governance
- advisory and oversight role – no hands-on implementation of the EPM system

🎯 Skills
- senior-level expertise in Enterprise Project Management / Project Portfolio Management systems
- practical experience with at least two different EPM / PPM platforms
- experience with Oracle Primavera and/or Microsoft Project Server / Project Online is highly relevant
- EPM solution design, implementation or implementation supervision
- ability to objectively compare different technologies and vendors
- defining business and functional requirements for enterprise systems
- participation in system selection / vendor evaluation processes
- reviewing implementation documentation and deliverables
- strong understanding of PM processes – scheduling, task management, cost monitoring, resource management, material consumption tracking, reporting and controlling
- strong client-facing and advisory skills, ability to work independently as a senior expert
- vendor-independent / technology-neutral mindset
- Polish C2
