Financial Analyst (33719)

I'm looking for Financial Analyst. You'll be working closely with Project Managers, Program Managers, and organizational leaders to ensure financial success. Your tasks will include managing vendor contracts and initiating IT spend approval requests through Sharepoint. Additionally, you'll be responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly finance reports, addressing payment-related issues, and tracking good receipts. To qualify for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a financial analyst or resource analyst. Familiarity with project planning and tracking using Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Earned Value project management, and SAP experience would be highly advantageous.

🚀 Project
- interface with Project Managers, Program Managers, BPAs and organizational leadership
- follow up on contracts with vendors and raising IT spend approval requests in Sharepoint tool
- preparing monthly finance reports & quarterly
- follow up with good receipts and issues related with payments for the program finances
- supporting management of project/program budget
- comply with internal/external finance and resource reporting requirement
- respond to internal/external queries of a finance or resource utilization nature

🎯 Skills
- bachelor's degree in business, finance, Economics, accounting, or other business related field or similar
- 3 years of combined experience working as a financial analyst, resource analyst
- knowledge of data relationships sufficient to develop business queries
